HOW TO DEAL WITH FRUSTRATION          

 
  What about Emotions?

I have found it several times in my world, but also in the lives of my family, friends and clients. Sometime, something bad happens. You SERIOUSLY don’t gain understanding why this should happen to you. But years after, when you face back, you can see that the bad thing came out to be the key to a good changing in your life. In my situation one time I got an auto accident and I had to hold rest. By taking rest I understood that I wasn’t on the right direction. After that I quit my job and got a significantly more fulfilling living. This was a very clear situation to me. And I realized that I needed a coping strategy for my emotions.
But it can happen small and big. Since that time I am much more focussed and I think when something terrible happens: what is the good thing here. I know it will be good for me after all.

People have the habit to grumble when they get very difficult emotional situations. But should they do so? Well, it is hard to be just happy in anger, fear or frustration.

So when you question yourself why is this bad problem happening to me. Don’t forget that this emotional situation has a purpose for you. Find out what you will have to do. And you will free yourself from frustration and other negative emotions and get a more preferable life.

Fear does not seem to be a useful adviser. What can be good about fear?
Quite possibly you can remember a very scary situation. You could have been acting a heroic way and you know now that you don’t have to panic, whatever will occur. Or you were so scared that you still have fears and nightmares about that circumstance. What is the good thing here? The good thing here is that you got the info out of this emotion that you will have to act to free yourself from the horrible anxiety. The question is that you should start coping with it.! When you do, you can become aware  that your life will become much more enjoyable since that time.
 
 
   

When you do, you can become aware of that your life will change into so much more more worthwhile since that period. When men or women are in that similar circumstance you are able to advice and you can tell them better what life is worth.


Do you remember a situation where you got very angry? Maybe you were simply mad at people because they didn’t do their job very well. After you uttered your anger, they were a bit shaken up and from then| on they worked very well. This is a rather simple|case. But maybe one time you were in a rage and you have been harming people. After you understood that you’ve gone too far, you started to change your behavior patterns. So that rage at the came out to be good for you, because you learnt a lot of it. Better is to have a coping strategy for your negative emotions

And I guess that of course there has been a time in your life where frustration got you. Remember how this situation solved? Maybe you learned to talk clear to people or maybe you learned how to deal with frustration. The end always is or will be positive
